Royal Blood announces new album, “How Did We Get So Dark?”

Credit: Eliot Lee HazelRoyal Blood‘s new album officially has a title and a release date. The sophomore effort from the British duo is called How Did We Get So Dark?, and it’ll arrive June 16.

Along with the album announcement, Royal Blood has shared a video of two artists painting a mural of two women sitting across from each other, which could be the How Did We Get So Dark? cover. The video is set to the riff of Royal Blood’s single “Where Are You Now?”, which the band released last year.

Royal Blood will be making their way through the U.S. festival circuit this summer with appearances at Governors Ball, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza and Outside Lands.
