Credit: Tim CadienteIn promoting A Perfect Circle‘s spring U.S. tour, guitarist Billy Howerdel told Billboard that he had “every intention of…playing some new tracks.” Looks like he’s kept his promise, as the band debuted a new song Thursday night in Las Vegas, which marked the first night of the tour.
The track is reportedly called “Feathers,” and you can watch fan-filmed footage of the performance now on YouTube.
A Perfect Circle is currently working on their first album since 2004’s eMOTIVe, which is due out this year.
In related news, another one of Maynard James Keenan‘s bands is teasing something: Tool. On their Facebook, the band has posted a photo of an amphitheater with the date June 24 cut into the lawn, hinting at a possible new date on their summer tour.
