Island RecordsIncubus has shared a preview of the upcoming video for their single “Nimble Bastard,” and boy, does it look weird.
The teaser, which frontman Brandon Boyd posted on his Instagram, shows all five members of Incubus standing by a warehouse — with their faces replaced by cat heads.
Boyd previously told ABC Radio that the “Nimble Bastard” video is “perhaps the most ridiculous music video ever shot.” We’ll see if that’s true when the clip officially premieres this Friday at 11 a.m. ET, but judging from the preview, Boyd’s description seems pretty accurate.
“Nimble Bastard” is the lead single from Incubus’ forthcoming album 8, which will be released April 21.
