Watch Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme order security to let fans into VIP area

Credit: Andreas NeumannQueens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme decided to make the VIP section a little bit less exclusive during the band’s performance at Span’s Mad Cool festival over the weekend.

In the middle of the song “No One Knows,” Homme demanded that security allow fans in the crowd to enter the VIP area in front of the stage.

“Security, I want you to let those people in,” the musician said. “Let ’em in! Come on. Come over the wall. Come over the wall and come down with me. I’m not gonna play until those people come over the wall and come down here. So you better f***ing let them in because you work for me tonight.”

Homme then started a “Let them in!” chant, and security eventually gave in to his request. You can watch footage of the incident now on YouTube.
